- The mortgage holders are the children of Thomas Mylrea, Daniel the oldest at about 10 years of age at the time of this transaction
- Daniel Mylrea later became a Deemster in 1769, at the age of 52
- Peter John Heywood was 22 years of age at the time of the transaction. He became a Deemster in 1764 at the age of 26
- This mortgage was taken over the John Taubman snr in 1769. Another decade and Taubman was a business partner to Daniel Mylrea, the child in this mortgage
- As well, Daniel, the child in this mortgage, went into business with Robert Heywood, the younger brother of Peter John Heywood, and married Leonora Heywood, the sisster of Peter John
